Smile and the World smiles back. It's true, everyone may have a face as long as the M1, but why should you? You WILL get more positive response from people if you're a positive person.

It's funny, I just had this discussion with a co-worker. A few years ago, I wondered why I was also so disheartened. After thinking about it for weeks, I decided to try my own social experiment: what would happen if I only focused on positivity, and forgot quickly about disappointments. Or, more to the point, derived some form of positive outcome from any result, i.e, look only at the bright side.
This doesn't mean, turn away from reality. When my girl and I broke up, yeah, I mourned for a while, but thought, "Hey, it's better that we realize we're not a match now then after we've been married with kids for 20 years."
Since adopting this philosophy, I enjoy life more. After you've mastered this, try the philosophy my brother developed: when I'm not on the clock, I'm on vacation. As soon as we get home, we change into relaxing clothes and act like we're on vacation until it's time to go to work again. Watch how much more you enjoy Fridays with this way of thinking. AND LONG WEEKENDS? WOW!!
Have fun and start a new way of thinking TODAY!

The advantages of having a positive attitude are:
1. In life we deal with failure and chaos on a frequent basis, and with a positive attitude you'll learn to move past these experiences and continue on to your goal.
2. Less time fretting or worrying about things that you can't control (What if my boss doesn't like my report?)

When you have a positive attitude, you are easier to get along with (including when you are alone), and that gives you plenty of other advantages. Also, you can't really pursue a goal or dream if you can't believe it is possible. As Bloody Mary said in South Pacific, "You got to have a dream. If you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?" The song was called "Happy Talk," so it is totally relevant.

Anything is one of a million paths. Therefore you must always keep in mind that a path is only a path; if you feel you should not follow it, you must not stay with it under any conditions. To have such clarity you must lead a disciplined life. Only then will you know that any path is only a path and there is no affront, to oneself or to others, in dropping it if that is what your heart tells you to do. But your decision to keep on the path or to leave it must be free of fear or ambition. I warn you. Look at every path closely and deliberately. Try it as many times as you think necessary.
This question is one that only a very old man asks. Does this path have a heart? All paths are the same: they lead nowhere. They are paths going through the bush, or into the bush. In my own life I could say I have traversed long long paths, but I am not anywhere. Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; if it doesn't, it is of no use. Both paths lead nowhere; but one has a heart, the other doesn't. One makes for a joyful journey; as long as you follow it, you are one with it. The other will make you curse your life. One makes you strong; the other weakens you.
Before you embark on any path ask the question: Does this path have a heart? If the answer is no, you will know it, and then you must choose another path. The trouble is nobody asks the question; and when a man finally realizes that he has taken a path without a heart, the path is ready to kill him. At that point very few men can stop to deliberate, and leave the path. A path without a heart is never enjoyable. You have to work hard even to take it. On the other hand, a path with heart is easy; it does not make you work at liking it.
I have told you that to choose a path you must be free from fear and ambition. The desire to learn is not ambition. It is our lot as men to want to know.
The path without a heart will turn against men and destroy them. It does not take much to die, and to seek death is to seek nothing.
For me there is only the traveling on the paths that have a heart, on any path that may have a heart. There I travel, and the only worthwhile challenge for me is to traverse its full length. And there I travel-looking, looking, breathlessly.

Negativity is a killer!
Positivity makes you stronger and more likable.
You have more friends as a positive person, and you are more able to see your way through problems, since you would be looking for solutions, rather than things that stand in your way- when you have a negative attitude, you are more likely to be focused on what else can go wrong, whereas a PMA lets you think about things in a different way.

A positive attitude creates positive energy! We need positive energy to be more productive. With positive energy, we see things in a different light. With positive energy, we can be larger than the problem and not the other way around.

I think exactly with 'Over the moon'
I can't belive it, every single words are exactly what was in my mind before I get pregnant my second child.
A positive attitude creates positive energy! We need positive energy to be more productive. With positive energy, we see things in a different light. With positive energy, we can be larger than the problem and not the other way around.
BUT AFTER the guy who I trusted, was so positive toward him for 2 yrs then decided to let him made baby with me, **I have learnt that
there are two types of POSITIVE ATTITUDE
1.Positive attitude toward others
2.Postive attitude toward yourself.(myself)
before I got pregnant I had such a wonderful positive attitude toward my baby 's father ( I still a little positve you see, because I call him 'my baby's father)...I should call him 'a bustard who make me pregnant' instead...lol. because he left me pregnant alone, denied that it's not his baby and he created profile on dating sites looking for his new victims.
So, that is the consequence of having, being, giving positive attitude toward others.
Then I realised that the only advantages of having a positive attitude is '
having, being, and giving a positive attitude toward myself at the right time, such as this time
he left me pregnant alone, he dinied, disappeared, doesn't bother me and the baby.(negative attitude from him)
I now creating positive attitude toward myself.
'Thanks him for giving me baby'(babies)
'Thanks him for stop destroying my life and the baby life.
'Thanks him for giving me such wonderful time to create and build a great bound with my babies.
'Thanks him for giving me the chance to prove to others how good I am, being a single mother is not easy'
**this is important one**
*Thanks him for giving me the chance to meet my real soulmate*
I actually don't really want or feel that I need a man again, but it good for me to think positive that if I met a guy who love me as I am pregnant, or I have 2-3 kids, and living on benefits, have no money, no properties, body and shape are not as good as it was then, it's real love, true soulmate. and a great man :-)
