Valid birth certificates in the United States must be notarized by the State of Birth. They are not available from any "web site."

While you may be able to obtain a "copy" of a birth certificate from some web site, it will not be official, and would be no better than making your own form and filling it out yourself.

you can't get an official copy online, you have to get it from the county in which you were born. and they always charge something!
