Yikes. Well, for the floor, I'd try nail polish remover, but for hands, I think it'll just have to wear off with repeat washing over time. Or, you could call the manufacturer. They usually have a help line 800 number on the box.

Try a facial mask or some pore strips on your hands.

Even if you use gloves the dye can still get on your hands, next time try coating your hands, up to your elbows if necessary, with a light film of baby oil or vaseline. It won't effect the way the hair takes the dye because oily hair is perfect for coloring.

Your floor? Hmmm. Let it dry completely and then try rubbing it lightly with dry steel wool scouring pad. GENTLY rub that stain and stop rubbing right away if your floor shows any sign of scratch marks.
