Men are the biggest liars, but women lie more often.

I assume you are asking for generalizations here...
I believe you'll find that women are notorious for telling what
they believe are "white lies" - lies that do more good than
not telling them. Whether the lies actually are white or not
is, of course, extremely debatable (Of course that dress looks
good on you!)
Men are stereotypically more likely to tell whoppers that can
in no way be construed as "white" (What do you mean you're
married!?).
Things are changing, however. Equality brings similarity,
I'm afraid. The number of female felons is climbing percentage
wise faster than male felons.
And of course, this entirely ignores the issue of lying by
omission, which I think we tend to think of as a female
tendancy, but its much much harder to know.

I would have to say women. I have a much harder time trusting women then I do men.

MEN! They lie about EVERYTHING! My last boy friend said his Birthday was the same day as mine August 31 BUT IT WASNT!!!!!! IT WAS JUNE 8!!!! His mom called to tell him Happy Birthday June 8! What a jerk!

I think men try to lie alot but get caught but females lie and are better at covering it up that doesn't help does it?

Generalising is bullshit. Both, men and women, can equally lie. It depends on each person's personality how much they can lie.
