This is just vaginal mucus.
It's thicker during ovulation because it provides an excellent sexual lubrication and will help keep more sperm in your vagina if you have sex and have a man ejaculate sperm in you.

Rememeber the purpose of sex is to start a pregnancy so the body is doing all it can to get pregnant.

It's normal for every woman. It's called "egg white cervical mucus." Essentially, your body is producing mucus that is favorable to help sperm swim where they need to do.

Get the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and do some reading.

Your body is taking a lot of "organic stuff" out, so you expel all kind of liquids or fluids during that stage.

Is not pleasant at all.

It's probaby normal for you but if you have a real concern, direct this question to your OB/Gyn.
