Accutane has been shown to reduce acne scars but I wouldn't take it unless this is something that is affecting your whole life. There are also some lesser products out there like Neutrogena acne mark fading creme (or some such name) that may also help, you just have to figure out how to apply it.

A dermatologist once told me that scars like that can take a year to clear up. So, as long as you aren't continually getting new scars, they will eventually go away. There are creams that are supposed to help. I don't know if they work, and they can be expensive.
