She lives next to us she is always bad mouthing us to our friends when we are not there, she trys gettig my husband and I in trouble with our jobs, and other backstabing stuff. In front of her husband our cousin she acts like she is our best friend but she trys to say hurtfull things all the time. I just dont know how to get back at her. I would leave it alone, but enough is enough any suggestions.

Expose her. The only thing that could be damaging to her would be to expose her to the people that think she is nice. Then you have the green light to get her back but I would say don't bother with a piece of junk becuase things get junkier. Stop her from coming to your house and move away from her. Find another apartment somewhere else where she does not know your address or your cell phone number. That should do it but be careful that trying to outrace a devil eventually you become a devil too.

Go to family mediation and work this out. What is your husband saying about all this? Above all, ignore her. Do not engage. I suggest you talk to a clergyperson/counselor about this.
