Haha. Okay, wow. Christians rile easily. Everyone is missing my point- this is not a Islam/Christian issue. I was wondering if anyone sees the growing role of christianity in american government as worrisome. This rise is not unlike the influence of other religions on governments around the world.

Who ever suggested that any theocracy was good/bad? Seems that the issue that needs to be examined and discussed is how fundamentalism in any religion is being systematically imposed on others no matter where they are living.

Please name a law in the United States that institutes any aspect of religion. Theocracy is a government ruled by religion. Provide an example of American Christian theocracy. What law(s) in the US are based on Christian law?

Prediction: The sound of crickets.

Case closed - there is no American Christian theocracy, hence no hypocrisy, hence no point to your question.

I believe that growing power of Christians in the county is very worrisome. I wonder what will happen to all the non-Christians in the country.

The big difference is ............ Christians well try to get you to be like them , If you say no , they move on ! Muslims try to get you to be like them , you say no , you and your family get you head chopped off with a butter knife . I just dont think thats what religion should be about , killing innocent people for your god , like children and women , that havent done anything wrong. Those people are so messed up even if you are muslim , you still get killed if you dont worship Ala exactly the way some other people tell you too !!

This is the American theocracy:
"Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it." -- Ariel Sharon to Shimon Peres, October 3rd, 2001, as reported on Kol Yisrael

There's no such thing as an American theocracy. The fact that you can whine about it is proof that I'm right.

Puleeze.......You are too ridiculous. Do Christians take away womens rights? Do Christians kill you if you do not believe in Christianity? Do Christian take away human rights in the name of God? No they don't. For you to even compare them is just ridiculous.
