Coronation Street by far - it has the right mix of drama, comedy and great scriptwriting. Unlike dreary Eastenders where it's all about stereotyping.

Emmerdale now, by far. Still love Corrie. Don't even bother watching Eastenders anymore.

Headland on E4 at 7:30 every evening! It's Australian, it's got bad sets, its got poor acting, it's got crap story lines, it's got wooden actors AND it looks like it is filmed on Super-8!
What more could you want in a soap??!!
I love it! (Don't watch any of the ones you mentioned above though, bit too "professional" looking for me!)
