Respect your parents desicion, perhaps ask them in 3 months maybe they'll change their minds, or maybe do some negoshiating (don't think i spelt that right) maybe say well can i at least wear some eye shadow and mascara (depending on ur age)
but do NOT i repeat DO not
1.put it on at school then if they find out they'll won't let you wear it any sooner, they'll just take the privlages away and will make you wait longer to wear it
2.don't beg
3. don't say "well everybody else wears it"
DO:
Repect their opion that will make you sound more trustworthy and responsible that way they might consider it in a few months if they see you're acting mature about it.
say like:
"mom dad i know i want to wear make-up and i know you wont let me, can't i wear just a little like some lip gloss and eye shadow or something"
parents: NO honey
You: okay well i guess i understand
**2 months later**
(since they saw that u acted maturly about it last time they might consider it)
"mom, dad, what do you think about me wearing some make-up now, i just want to wear some to enhance my features"
parnets: alright i suppose its alright
Now it may not take only 2 months but even if they take 8 months they will see that ur more mature about how you handle things, and maybe they'll trust you on other things such as like going alone to movies or to the mall alone or shaving your legs (if you're like young still) you see what i'm saying
p.s hope it helped ya

Well, if you're not allowed to wear make-up, i would just honor their decision. I don't wear make-up unless I have to, aka, big dates, and I find that guys like me anyways, and sometimes more than they usually would, because make-up one, causes acne, even while its covering it up, and two, rubs off on stuff and people, and three, often smears and such or is on too heavy (especially if you don't know what you're doing or try to do it on a moving bus) and just looks bad. Don't worry about what girls you're age will say, because most of them don't realize that its not important. Make-up is just another thing that makes you get out of bed an hour earlier. Most guys, by the way, don't even notice if you have make-up on or not. If you are really self-concious and you want to wear it to make yourself feel better, talk to your parents about it and see if they'll let you wear powder and lipstick or something else just as light. They will most likely be understanding. They're probably just trying to keep you safe, because young girls wearing makeup make a lot of older guys see an easy hook-up, and i'm sure you don't want that. Remember that just because other girls are wearing makeup doesn't mean their popular, or if they are, that they are popular because of the makeup. And even if it was the makeup, do you really want that to be the only reason people like you?

How old are you? If your parents don't let you wear make-up, respect their wishes, build their trust and respect and the more trust and respect that you build up with them, the more freedoms they will gradually begin to allow you. I have a daughter that is desiring to wear make-up to school, but I feel she is too young. There is good reason parents don't allow their children to do certain things. Believe me, they are not stopping you from wearing make-up to make you miserable. Just be patient and respectful, it will all be worth it.

Respect their rules!!! If you insist, a tactful approach would be to show them pictures of models wearing makeup colors you like from (tasteful) fashion magazines or websites. Tell them the best makeup enhances features and looks natural. Hopefully you are not campaigning to wear neon colors.

Trust me, makeup is more trouble than it's worth. It costs money, it can mess up your skin, and it takes time to put it on. I know I chose the extra sleep over putting on makeup when I was younger. Besides, who are you trying to impress? If someone doesn't like you for the womderful person you are without makeup, they don't deserve your time or friendship.

i had that problem so i just used a little bit of very very natural blush and some tinted bonne bell chapstick. it looked surprisingly good. also if you wantto wear make up but your parents won't let you, just keep talking to them. try to compromise honestly and what worked for me was letting my mom pick out any makeup she would let me buy.

My first question would be "How old are you?". But in any case you have two options:
1- listen to your parents
2- sneak and put in on after you go out
But why don't you try talking with them. Ask them if its alright if you wear a little lip gloss first.
Good luck!

The best makeup is makeup that doesn't look like u r wearing any.
Experiment with natural looks.
Also, do your makeup at your friends, etc, remove it before u get home.

Not that I'm encouraging you to do things you should not be doing, but I used to hide mine in my locker at School, and in my book bag so I could put the make-up on before school.
