Rarely does a USED car come with the manual.
Try the dealer. If they don't have it, they can order it for you in about two weeks for < $50.00.

Go to a chevy dealer and tell them the book was never included. Keep to the facts, be nice but be assertive. Good luck!
Check around used car dealers and go to junk car dealers. That is where my 2000 Blazer ended up and I left my book.

First try ebay motors. I made the mistake of not checking first and it cost me about 40 bucks. If there isn't anything on ebay, call a chevy dealership and they can order one for you. It'll probably run you about 30-40 bucks. The manual for my Mitsubishi Lancer was 45$.

Dealership would work, but that is your most expensive option. Your best value is to go onto ebay.com and search for the owner's manual. Make sure you have the right year, the model should NOT matter. I did this one two occasions
