The book as usual is better which is one of the reasons the writer Alan Moore didn't want to be associated with it. It's a very different type of super hero and a different type of super hero film.

Moore's best work Watchmen is being made into a film i heard. If V For Vendetta weirded you out wait until that comes out. It's a good thing DC is making movies from it's Vertigo line of adult oriented comics and graphic novels like Constantine (Hellblazer and the book is way different) here's hoping their future projects though are more faithful to the originals...especially if they make a Preacher film.

Preacher is just too good for the movies.

This is a movie that should make you think, long and hard, about Government and what you want from it. It made me do that. I hope you liked it, but mostly I hope it made you want to vote.

Whichever way you vote, even if it's different from me, it means you're putting in your two cents worth. Write your representatives, too. Make sure they know how you feel about the issues. They're not mindreaders.

And the great quotes, wow! We give that movie two thumbs up.

It was ok for me. Kinda weird way to recapture the past. But seriously did they really have to show a love connection between V and Evey.I mean it's creepy and absurd enough when you forgive and thank the person who locked you up in a prison (not to mention tortured you) and made you think that you were going to die.

Kinda weird..but it makes you think of government....I loved the whole speech he makes in the start of the movie....who knew words that start with a V are so strong.

I thought it could have been a good film, if it wasn't so long winded, dry sense of humour in it
