Alcohol can exist in all three phases. So can gasoline and many other organic substances that are liquid at normal temperatures. It just depends on the temperature of the substance. Carbon dioxide can also exist in all three phases, though it takes considerable pressure to force it into its liquid phase.

You are forgetting the fourth state of matter!
Water can freeze, melt, evaporate AND form a plasmatic gas, but only when the temperature is about 3-4 million degrees Celcius and under extreme pressure.
You are also forgetting that metals can boil too. Iron boils at 2861 C, just like any other metal can!
