Now is the perfect time to find black nailpolish because its halloween. Be careful buying the cheaper brands because they tend to be watered down more and it will take more coats on your nails to get the desired depth of color. Check out any pharmacy store such as Walmart, go to the beauty and makeup section and check out the makeup displays they put out, you can also find nail polish in the costume makeup section as well. Good Luck!

Cheapest brand ever is NYC in the beauty aisle at a grocery store. It's about $1.99. Works pretty well too.

You should be able to find it at just about any drug store now because it's almost halloween. You can find it after at Longs by a few different makeup brands.
