Here are some suggestions
1. Put a jar of "Beano" on her desk.
2. Keep spraying her with Lysol.
3. Steal lots of money from the "petty cash" and put it in her drawer and tell you boss you saw her with new jewelery etc.

If I told you once, I told you twice... you need to "off" that fat pig!
Take up a collection at the office and pay for her to go to the nearest All-You-Can-Eat Buffet. Tell her that if she sets the record for eating the most food of any customer they ever had - they will give her a lifetime free pass to their restaurant.
You know that she will continuously stuff her face until she eventually dies because you know that no fatty can turn down the chance to have free food for life.
(This way it's not murder or a crime so you'll be in the clear.)

Time for strong tactics here:
Shake hands with your best buddy there and then have him kick you square in the crotch right outside the personnel director.
As you are retching and puking, stumble in there and demand a hostile work environment form to fill out!! Her farts are making you ill and you cannot take anymore.
i know this is extreme, but you have to make it real.
