Send it to one of the companies. Depending on what the game idea is, look on the back of a game and read the company address. Send it to the company that seems suitable.
(Ex.- On the back of a Sonic the Hedgehog game, they have the address to SEGA corportaion, and on the back of Final Fantasay or Kingdom Hearts game they have the Square-Soft or Square-Enix address)
