i listen to the greatest hits to work out at gym with sometimes, my mp3 was really loud was getting weird looks should i care?or was it just my running technique?

their probably listening to songs like "so macho" and are that shallow they cant understand u listening to a great band with great rock songs-u keep rockin hun,ignore them they should lighten up! great taste in music hun-i bet it drives you more listening to them-the songs are great-full of energy-i love "you could be mine" and "welcome 2 the jungle" x

No- in fact it's a proven fact rock music stimulates the heart and can actually help running by making the heart work a bit more.
You're not alone. When I go walking I like to listen to Einsturzende Neubauten. So just say you're improving your running if anyone says anything.

may be your technique, but dont care, i listen to my mp3 player in bed to get asleep. bit annoying that the earphones hurt my delicate little ears though. i wish someone would invent smallerones that just sil in your ears and are wireless , cause i end up choking myself!

Well you should care cause maybe some people are exercising to their own tune in their head so they don't focus so much on getting tired and you are probably disturbing their train of thought.

I wouldnt care about either haha! I do karate, and when i am waiting to fight at a competition I listen to "Welcome to the Jungle" the intro fires me up. I love the beat at the beginning.
