As others have said, eat healthy meals and exercise.
One thing that has helped many, many people is to keep a positive attitude. Some of the ways this can be done:
* Visualize the meds killing the virus as you take them
* Join a support group to discuss issues with other people
* Seek out sources of humor and light vs. darkness and drudgery
Yes, you can still have sex, but it is your responsibility to insist on protection for both you and your partner. Please ignore bigots and ignorant fools that tell you otherwise.
Good luck - from an 18 yr survivor

In general stick to a regimen that will bolster your immune system. Eat regularly, make sure you eat properly, i.e. plenty of fruit and veg, meat in moderation, fibres, nuts, some milk products such as cheese and yoghurt - but not excessively.
Exercise: do what you enjoy, but do it regularly and try to break a sweat at least twice a week.
Regular sleep and enough.
Generally: many drugs depress the immune system: both poppers and xtc are thought to depress immune system. Smoking depresses the immune system as well.
So does alcohol.
But you also have to live so if you does these things try not to overdo them.
With a healthy lifestyle and modern anti-virals HIV+ people can expect to have a virtually normal life.

Wow , that sucks . If I had aids , I would be smoking pot all day , and on the weekends , shoot up a little heroin . For the pain of course If there is any . Other than that , just try and do everything imaginable to do in the world. Rob some people , find out where a sex offender lives and burn his house down , or you could just go skydiving !

DON'T BECOME A GIFT GIVER!!!
DO NOT HAVE SEX WITH ANYONE WITHOUT PROTECTION, NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY BEG!
DO NOT FREQUENT "BUG CHASER" Hangouts, websites or chatrooms!!!
Stay healthy, eat right, get plenty of exercise. It's been shown that those who are infected who take better care of their overall health have longer life expectancy than those who simply give up. Higher muscle mass helps the body protect itself from opportunistic infections, which plague the HIV infected and eventually kill them.
Remember to always tell your health providers you are HIV possitive, even your dentist and chiropractor.
Keep a positive outlook and love those who are important to you.

here's something that will shock you, its illegal to cure AIDS or cancer in the USA, so check out some clinics all along the Mexican border.
what you need to change your body to alkaline from acidic. the AIDS cant survive in that body type.
look up information on Subtle Matter and Divine food.
