I know it uses single channel DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz 1DIMM, But what are the detailed specs, the amount of pins, etc?

Can anyone help me?

They come shipped by default with 512M of DDR2 SDRAM at 533MHz - 1DIMM.

The memory would be the same as in the E510. Links to this below.

Tech Specs
240-pin DIMM 64x64
PC2-4200 / 533 MHz
Non-ECC, Unbuffered

If you want to take advantage of dual channel ram you have to match the specs of the existing ram which would probably mean buy another 512M DDR2 533Mhz stick. This would give you 1Gig overall and should be more than fine for most casual computer use.

The other option would be to install two 1 gig sticks and replace the 512M to get 2gigs overall RAM.

Well all DDR2 is 240 pin. As for detailed stuff like latency, I don't know of the top of my head, but this place has some software that will give you detailed specs on all your computer parts. http://www.astra32.com/download.htm

with that computer go to 4allmemory.com they run a program that finds that EXACXT memory
