if a family has its childern removed by so called experts, who are found out to be totally discredited, and the parents totally innocent, why then cant there children get unadopted and returned to their blood family, an excuse of think of the children feelings phoooey, they belong wi mum and dad

The laws on this are ridiculous.

A daycare can report you if you are called about a sick child and you can't be reached. They will lie and say you refused to pick your child up.

The police, doctor, etc can report you if your kid has a bruise. It is crazy. I got bruises all the time as a kid, I could have been taken away?

i agree. my foster sister and i have never gotten along she has always been jealous of the fact that our parents were more financialy stable by the time they got me and could do more than when she was a child. she was in her 30's when they took me in , how was i to know what she didn't get as a child. anyway she called child welfare on me several ys later after i had already been married then divorced and had 3 kids. the father of my oldest got temporary custody for 4 months after the accusations were deemed false. the funny thing is , they never said anything about my other 2 kids and seen nothing wrong with them or my household?????? i fought back and even after i got my child back still fought the courts for a year and a half over the whole child custody thing and child welfare. i know people who need their kids taken away because they don't feed them properly,bath them, send them to school, and they are only 9 and 10 yrs old and at nine o'clock at night are still running the streets while the parents are at home asleep. one child begged to eat supper at my house she was so hungry,when i called the father all he had to say was he forgot to cook enough and he ate most of it so make sure i feed her enough so she won't get hungry later. all c.w. had to say was they didn't find anything??????????? when accusations are TRUE they don't do anything IF they are false then they jump on it and find all kinds of things.

i totally agree with you, polly. the trouble is, those in authority don't seem to have the good common sense that you are displaying in this question. unless there are vile circumstances, i think a child is much better off with it's parents. thank you for a very good question.
