How does the military handle the bottled water situation in Iraq?

Do they contact with one company or several? Who are they and any idea of the cost that is charged? Same with MRE's; who makes them? a variety of companies or several...who are they and fees per MRE?

I can't answer about the MRE's, but my husband says that water is provided Crystal Water, Arrowhead, and they donate and don't charge. It's a donation. MRE's are bought and paid for by the Army. Cellphones and internet access are donated so we can keep our Army in contact.
