I do... i mean c'mon. Winning the scoring title is harder to achieve with all the scorers in the league right now, and its more fun to win it cuz you get to hog the ball and at the same time be on ESPN highlights.

Kobe thinks it's more important to win the scoring title, and that's why Laker fans will never get to enjoy another title as long as he's around. Mr. Selfish can put 101 points in a game, and I wouldn't be impressed. I'd be more impressed to see a guy dish out over 20 assists, or haul down 20 rebounds, or get triple doubles on a regular basis. Almost every player in the league can score in bunches, given the green light to do so from there respective coach. Besides, it's not how many points you score that's important, but when you score the points, and if it helps your team to win.

c'mon dude try playing organized ball and you'll KNOW the difference. When you compete for the scoring title, it's like playing for yourself, when you play for the championship, it's like going to war, and when you win the damn thing, the people who have been with you (your teammates, your coaches etc) will basically be a part of your life forever...the feeling of going at it together is indescribable, and winning it requires more sacrifices from everyone...and that's why a championship is called "winning it all".

Winning the scoring title is just for yourself.... but winning the championship is for the team... I'll go for the championship... and perhaps if its fun for you to hog the ball well think about what you're team mates are thinking about you....

Lol u aint Kobe cuz thats my boi and he wouldnt say that and no cuz you could win the championship along with the scoring title if your team is good enough. No one wants to be great on a losing team all their life ask Sir Charles.

any player who is a top scorer will tell you that he would trade all his points if it meant he would win a title....all the pros go on the court with one goal in mind and that is to win....the best example of this is the days of chamberlain and russell....there was no more dominant scorer than wilt yet he was always frustrated by the great bill russell who time and again kept beating wilt and his teams for the title or the right to play for it since wilt played in the same conference ....and wilt once said that he would trade all his personal records for what russell was able to achieve with the celtics
