Anything in moderation, plenty of fresh fruit & veg, don't think of it as a diet more of a lifestyle change.

Make food fun, experiment with different kinds of foods that you may not normally try, you may be suprised.

Good Luck

Oooooh, you should watch you are what you eat on channel 4 it's good for all that stuff. I have to say that just eating healthily won't help you lose that much weight unless you do lots of excercise aswell.

Not to sound sad or owt but Davina McCalls dvd is real good it's 3 30 minute workouts so it goes by really quickly and is funny :) keeps me going lol.

Eat lots of vegetables, avoid junk with lots of saturated fats (chips, crisps, cheese, turkey twizzlers, big macs, etc) make your own stuff a lot of the time it's lots healthier, for example homemade curries, etc. Fallen Cloudberries and Jamies School Dinners are good cookbooks to be getting along with :)

Absolutely stuff yourself with as many different fruit and vegetables as you can daily, drink loads of mineral water and have chicken, fish and a little cheese and milk, and watch that weight fall off! Especially if you run for a few minutes a day, or just do any excerise you can. You fell 100 per cent in days! Good for you and good luck

Don't eat anything that comes in box or stored in your cupboard. Anything packaged is usually high in carbs. The only exceptions are canned veggies, fruit, tuna and whole grain bread. Think "FRESH" and eat foods like fish, fruit and vegetables.

The more vegetable and fruits you eat and drink the more healthy and fresh you're gonna be, of course, with some sport you feel fits you and your time :)

And the less meats, fats, and carbohydrates you eat the more good you feel about yourself.
