I got dumped last saturday by my girlfriend .She said that she wants to take care of herself and that its not my fault that she got money problems. She wants to go back to school and start a new career which didnt bother me at all. Then , she thanks me for the last 3 weeks we have been together and began to cry. I am totally in shock and dont know what to think . She ended the conversation by :i think i gotta go consult. Should I leave her alone and keep my self esteem? I love her.

three weeks huh give her time alone if that is what she asked for. Perhaps during that time she will figure out what she wants and whether that includes you or not it is best for the both of you to find out now instead of months or perhaps years from now. It hurts but time does heal.

A 3 week relationship? Geeze at first it sounded like 3 years. Nah don't do anything, if you only went out for 3 weeks, I'm not even sure if you can call that a relationship. Don't breakdown over something like this. The world is a relentless place, you have to be tough if you want to survive.

I'm sorry, did you say "3 weeks"? She wasn't your girlfriend to begin with, 3 weeks just isn't long enought to establish a lasting bond. Your post, by the way, also does not make any sense.

How can anyone advise you when you don't say WHY you broke up? What did you do? What did she do? DETAILS would be helpful...
