caritas have shelters all across spain they take u in they give u a wash they feed u up and they give u a bed ....but only for three days after that a ticket to the next village or town.they will have ur id card number lbecause later on the goverment will pay them the cost of homeless...and the homeless blindly believes that thwe caritas r doing that forn free ...and of course he can never setlle down...unless u voluntier urself into a rehab program because the goverment is paying for them as well on that basis

the way we treat the homeless here is awful Th government just leaves it for the common man to deal with. I don't know how many times a day I'm asked for my hard earned money, if you do not give it to them they get angry and call you foul names. It's not fair for us to have to deal with it on a daily basis. Why can't the government do something about it.

by the way, i do spare some $$ to them but not all the time!

Sorry you dont have much of a question, more of a statement.

Most social services and councils in the UK seem to be privatising and contracting out to companies.

In Westminster City Council 75% of the buildings' workers are employees of private contracting agencies and have lower wages due to contract competition.

I suppose this is happening all over Europe. Not much 'public' in public services. But a hell of a lot of money for contractors. We suffer, they win.

How is that condemning them to death? I think it would be inhumane if they were forced out if they were ill, I can understand your concern a little but don't exaggerate the problem
