No. A ball python only reaches about 5 -6 feet in length. That is not large enough to wrap around and kill you.

The simple answer is no. Snakes, that are constrictors, will not kill anything that it won't eat. It's a waste of their strength. They wouldn't even bother constricting a baby but you should NEVER leave a child alone with a snake of any size, mostly due to the chance of salmonella poisoning and the fact that snakes still have razor-sharp teeth and will not hesitate in using them if they feel that it's necessary.
I've been a previous owner of many ball pythons and they are not aggressive snakes by nature and if they feel that they need to act aggressively (because they feel scared and/or threatened), they will bite you rather than strangle/suffocate you.
Although ball pythons are not long snakes (usually 4-5 feet, 6 feet being the maximum length), they are extremely robust for their size. However, even this is not big enough to kill a human being. Even in full constricting mode, a single adult human being can unwrap the snake by starting from the tail end and unwinding it.
The snakes that you really need to worry about are usually the ones that are upwards of 10 feet and are known to be aggressive (African rock pythons, Burmese pythons, carpet pythons, and ESPECIALLY reticulated pythons).

What size are you? I'd have to say no, not with an adult who has any reasonable handling experience & who isn't tied up at the time. However, I would be very careful in exposing a child to a full grown, mature python, especially if they're not only young, but small.
A ball python isn't one of the more aggressive species & they tend to curl up if they feel threatened, however worse than the constriction would be their bite if you pushed them too far.

Technicially yes, realistically, no.
Ball pythons are constrictors, but they grow to only a few feet long and would not cause harm to an adult or child (9 yrs+)
They are simply not large enough and strong enough to cause harm. I wouldn't leave a small child unattended with one, because a small child might spook it, but it is safe for a child to handle.
But if you were the size of a mouse...I would be worried!

i suppose it would be possible. but it would have to be pretty big as far as ball pythons go for it to kill a grown adult. i think you would have to be pretty weak or unconscious.

it depends how big u are paythons are constrictors and are very strong. a fullgrown ball might kill a small child but not likely unless it wants to eat him or her
