Where did you get that t-shirt..? It's something like for more time off a normal day (Urlaub is a holiday and Alltag is a Monday-Friday day)

Hotfeat is really close, but I'd render it, "For more vacation from everyday life."
In other words, the person is in favor of it.
I like the previous answer as far as understanding what this means.
