i am having a little trouble understanding your yard. but i hope this will help. if your yard is concreted..cement is a dry element that is part of concrete..you would want to pressure wash the concrete before you did anything else. these can be rented. after the concrete is clean and dry which will take a couple of days..there is a product that is sold at home depot/Lowe's anywhere like that...it is in a can like paint. it is a concrete filler and quick seal..i am not sure of the different brands but they will know at the hardware store. use this to fill and seal the cracks...this is assuming that the cracks are big enough to fill with a concrete product. small cracks are difficult to fill at all. sand can be used to fill those cracks and then just patch the tops. let this dry. now i would suggest that you paint with a roller with a good concrete paint or stain. after that is dry...use a lighter or darker color of the paint or stain and a natural sponge and have some fun sponging a random pattern this should mask the filled cracks pretty good for you..have fun and i hope this helps.

CONCRETE YARD? CLEAN CRACKS OF DIRT & DEBRIS, SEAL WITH A SELF LEVELING SILICON SEALANT ( HOME DEPOT - BIG YELLOW TUBE ) USE BACKER RODS ( STYROFOAM RODS) IF TOO DEEP. I WOULD TRY A GRAY STAIN OR ONE THAT WILL MATCH THE JOINT PATCH. STAIN, NOT PAINT, ALL TYPES OF PAINT ARE SUBJECT TO ADHEISION PROBLEMS DUE TO MOISTURE ALWAYS PASSING THROUGH CONCRETE!
