If I had a psycho ex, I'd treat him like I were being stalked by a crazy person. I'd change my number; I'd go to court and get a restraining order against him; I'd change my email. I would document every instance he contact you (Date, time, what he said, where you were, witnesses if possible.) Yes, you shouldn't have to do this but he's PSYCHO. You can't deal with him rationally.
He's out of balance and a danger to you. It's worth the peace of mind to do what you need to do. He the little bit of sanity in him needs to know that you're not kidding.

Sorry to say this, but you'll HAVE to change some things if you want peace and quiet. Change your phone numbers, email addresses, etc. If you can, move. I know that sucks, but for your mental and physical well being, it's worth it. Also, get a restraining order. This guy could be dangerous.

PROTECTIVE ORDER... NOW!!!!!
Forget a restraining order, those are worthless. If this guy is nuts and has threatened you at ALL- and it sounds like he is- then he may potentially harm you out of jealousy and/or frustration at losing you. At the least he is stalking you and that kind of violation is usually taken very seriously these days. Contact your local police dept. to get an order filed. Once it's in place, if he makes an contact with you at all he will be arrested.

I agree with the others you do need to get a restraining order against him. This week here we had a man shoot his ex and set the house on fire then killed himself. They aren't called psychos for nothing. And just so you know she swore up and down He would never hurt her.Just be careful.

Do everything you can to get rid of this freak NOW before he gets worse. Look into the stalking laws in your state to see if they can help. (They didn't in my state) Good luck, I've got a psyco ex of my own and he hasn't gotten much better after four years!

Tell him that you don't want anything to do with him. If that doesn't work then get a restraining order from the police. Goood luck!
