Under certain circumstances, they SHOULD be tried as adults. Murder is a capitol crime.Other examples include ;rape,armed robbery,and terrorist acts such as planting pipe bombs, etc.

Well at what age do you think a minor know the difference from right and wrong. I would say if you are at the age were you know what you did is wrong you should be treated as a adult and so forth. I mean if a 15 year old kills a person than way should he spend 3 years in a jail for minors when you know he knows it was wrong to do so.

it depends on the case and different variables. to me (in some cases) if a child is above 10 then should be charged as an adult depending on the crime. my reason is because by the age of 10 most kids know the difference between right and wrong. again this is not for all cases...

No- but they should be held accountable for crimes as a child, if they are children . Not being an adult-it's outrageous to treat them as such . You can punish children without the need to call them adults in order to do that .

mamby pambies have done this to society, cant smack cant cane, cant send them to prison, and of coarse its all the parents fault, lets not punish the parents, bring back borsal camps and punish kids, if they wanna play tough show them wot tough really is, stop sending them on free holidays wer they terrorise paying guests and go back to crime on return and put them away

If they have commited "adult" type crimes then yes try them as adults and put them in adult prisons.
