Somewhwat strangely, tourism is down in this place becasue of beer, and the current high-cost of pursuing it for the true aficionados. And even more strangely in this place of style and grace, and apparent affluence (at least on the surface), the hourly working wage is very low when compared to it's nearby contemporaries. WHERE AM I?????

Jack jack is right: Mexico. People go there for the beer even though people there can't afford it. The main cities seem to be flowing with money while they are surrounded by poverty. The wages are so low that US and Canada transfer part of there companies over there!
