It's normal for one of the testicles to be longer or shorter than the other...just like a woman's breasts; one may be larger than the other. It's called asymmetry.

If it is something new, then get it checked out. My husbands left testicle hangs lower than his right one. He saw a doctor because I pointed it out and the doctor told him that he's just made that way. As long as there is no pain or discomfort everything is fine. Check for lumps too. They are a sure sign of testicle cancer.

Its natural. Left testicle (could be right) always hang lower than the other. Its because during puberty when testicles descend into scrotum, they pass through inguinal canal one after another.

You should know that is normal for one to hang a little more than the other. If it is hanging too low you need to see a professional asap.

No problem. It is supposed to. That way your testicles fit nicely between your legs and don't crush each other.
