I don't see why not? It's better than to have them wear a short skirt without them. No Offense, but I don't see anything wrong with it! BE YOURSELF & DO WHAT MAKES "U" FEEL COMFORTABLE!!!

I think leggings look good on just about everybody. Black ones actually make your legs look skinnier. I love wearing them in the winter with short skirts and boots or ballerina slippers. I am average size - not skinny but not heavy and I think they look good!

it depends where the person carries their weight. if they're heavy in the tummy area then i would say yes they can because most of the time you wear a large shirt with the leggings so it would be a loose top covering the jelly belly. If you carry your weight in your legs then i would say no there is nothing more gross than cow size thighs and cellulite in a pair of leggings. There are no rules to leggings it depends how comfortable you feel in them. If you put them on look in the mirror and like what you see then go for it. don't go getting yourself marked a dont in glamour magazine.

Yes you can wear leggings but i would wear a longer skirt with them to hide any wobbly parts. They look great with boots

Absolutely! However, I agree that wearing a skirt over them or longer shirts would be more flattering for a girl with a full figure.

why not? it shouldn't stop a heavy person to wear them. probably best if they wear solid color leggings though.
