In the minds of the people who run the NFL, yes for monetary reasons. To the average fan, no. Personally, I do not care if people who live in foreign countries are exposed to the NFL. The league should be taking care of its base fans and cut down on the number of exhibition games that the owners love so much because they do not have to pay the players and they charge regular season prices to attend the games. The same goes for the NBA.
