how good is diploma in hospitality/hotel management from singapore in comparison to same course from uk/usa?

I am 31 and planning to do a course from singapore--diploma in hotel management. I want to know:-
1. Value of education in singapore ,in comparison to uk / usa.
2.Chances of getting jobs after compleation of course and salary in singapore.

are you taking the course in singapore and wanting to work there too? or are you taking the course there and you want to work in the us? You need to clarify a little more. You will obviously make more money in the U.S but i guess it all depends on what hotel you work for.
