The answer is (b).

The ratio is 5 : 2 so divide the side of the hexagon by five and multiply by 2

25/ 5 = 5
5 x 2 = 10

now i believe the answer is c but there is one asumption

that the hexagons are regular heagons

(s^2)/(d^2)=5/2 and the value of s is 25

so d=25 * squarrt(2/5)=15.811388300841896659994467722164

now that could be one answer as the hexagons are similar i believe the are regular................there could be other cases too but this one's most deducable by the data given
