jus like non computer students get job in any s/w companies..Will animation look for creativity or relevant technology in animation.please let me know if any company hires and then trianes non animation students

If you don't have a degree, then you would need some other significant reason for the company to hire you. In most cases, this would be your demo reel. If you are really talented, have a great reel, and can make some good social contacts, you might be able to get a job this way, otherwise you will need the degree.

There are so many people with the skills, and a degree, and a portfolio out there trying to get a job, and there are just not enough jobs to go around. So, no one will hire you with no experience and train you, there is no need to with so many people available.
