azure, cerulian (think that's the correct spelling), royal blue, periwinkle blue, indigo. Interestingly, the ancient Greeks had no word for blue, and so when describing things which were blue, called them "bronze"!

Do you mean the colour or the feeling.

If it's the colour you could use azure, royal, sea, sky

If it's the feeling you could use sad, despondent, gloomy, dismal, low spirited.
