I would help my parent's buy a condo. Buy a nice huge home for me. Ivest in some homes, and live off their rent. Then travel tons!!! Buy a car, and put money into my children's future.

Id pay off my student loans and other bills like credit cards. I'd buy my mom a new house because she deserves it for being a single mom who raised 3 daughters. I'd travel to Australia which is where ive wanted to go. I'd give some money to some animal sanctuaries as a charity. Probably buy a decent used car, rent an apartment, and put the rest into savings....just normal, basic things. I dont need anything lavish

Invest, live off the interest. No other changes, as I am between jobs right now, would not seek employment.
