I know from your question that you must be a young man for this to be worrying you,and it's always easy for other people to say,oh don't worry about it, but when your young you worry about everything because your trying to attract the opposite sex most of the time.
If you think that loosing your hair will make a difference to your love life, your right, it will probably be better.
Let me tell you that at 6O I've known lots of men with, and without hair, and nine out of ten women would choose the one without the hair,they always turn out to be the nicest and the sexiest.
So don't you go worrying yourself about it,if your loosing it,shave it very short,the girls will love it I promise you.
Hair never makes the man anymore than clothes do,be a good person,treat your women right and believe me you'll do just fine.

Alas no permanant long term cure, they are working on it. But meantime todays hair styles are so diverse that being 100% bald is cool now. So get the lot off ,buy some nice clothes ,treat the girls just right and have fun.

Well it depends...
There are a couple of drugs licensed in the UK for treatment of male-pattern baldness. They can prevent it developing and in some cases reverse it. However treatment is needs to be continuous, and hair growth is not always quite what it should be.
In the UK propecia is only available on private prescription, or minoxidil (Regaine) can be bought from the pharmacy. It's not cheap!
