Sockeye Salmon in Alaska have been recorded jumping up waterfalls up to 12 feet in height!

Yes. I don't know what the exact limit is, but that's why they build "fish ladders", to enable fish to get past falls, dams, or other obstructions that they would otherwise be stopped by.
