I am 5.7 desperate to become 5.10 ... I am 22 though

12/30 * 21 = 8.4
am I 5.8'' 4' ?

You are done growing. There is absolutely nothing that is going to make you taller. Not saying this to be mean, it's just true. You need to accept the fact that you are 5'7" and move on. There are no supplements, no exercises, no devices...nothing that is going to work. Buying something that promises to make you taller is a scam and you'll be throwing your money away...and possibly make yourself ill.

Actually there is a way to add a few inches to your height, but its very expensive.
You will need to move to outerspace. With no gravity all the joints in your body will be allowed to decompress and thereby adding maybe an inch or two to your height.
But outside of a space flight or shoes with a 3" heel I am afraid you will be stuck at 5'7"
