SUPERMAN would win. Here is why...
Superman gets his powers from the SUN. The Human Torch only recreates the sun at his hottest levels. Not to mention The Human Torch is just that, human. Superman would only get stronger as the fight ensues. One strong blow to The Human Torch by Superman and the internal bleeding begins.
Or Superman takes the fight into space, where there is no Oxygen and The Human Torch is unable to be a torch anymore because fire needs Oxygen.

Superman, man! The torch is an entirely mortal human with the ability to withstand extremely high levels of heat and generate a flame around his body at will. He is still susceptible to wounds. Superman would walk up to him, flick him with one finger and kill him without even flinching.

Superman is invulnerable to fire I would imagine that the Torch's highest flame would only slow him down, Superman would probably fly him into the outer atmosphere and therefore put out his flames.
