i took an hpt. it read + but the control line wasnt there... what does this mean.. any1 ever get this and turned out not to be preg?

call the hpt 800# you may have a defective test

There is such a thing as faint positive. I had one when I used a First Response PT. It showed one line real well and the second was real faint. Your best bet is to go the doctor and get a quick pee PT there. I went and it turned out that I was pregnant! Good luck!

If the control line wasn't there the test was defective. You need to take another one.

Why don't you just buy another one, that might be different results from the one you already took...Maybe you took it wrong, did you take it with your first mornings pee?!
