Yes it can fart, but not like a buttocks fart. A vagina fart is, much like a fart from your butt, is air squeezing its way out of a small opening. If you want to get technical, you can fart out of your mouth too, just press your lips together and push air out of it.
I've only heard of vagina farts happening during sexual intercourse though. It can be amusing if you both understand why it's happening.

Yes it can fart. How to test? Place a lighter when you're about to fart at your vagina. Don't shave your vagina. Let the hair burn.

Yes, it sure can. But it's not like a fart from your butt. A vaginal fart (also called a vart) happens when air gets trapped inside the vagina and, well, it needs to come out. Air typically tends to get inside the vagina during sex.
And no, it doesn't smell.

yes a vagina can expell air that and sounds like a fart, but it's not a fart. It's called a queef. It can smell, but it should not. Kind of like your breath, it can smell, but shouldn't.

Yes, some people call is a queef. It happens when air gets into the vagina, usually from intercourse and pulling out and in alot, and then the air escapes. It will only smell if the vagina smells. Otherwise it's just clean air that was trapped and has escaped.

Its not a fart, its a "quif" and its just air that is released from a womans vagina usually during or after sex.

yes, and It's called a quiff. It happens mostly during or after sex, air gets in the vagina from the penis pushing in and out, the air needs to escape somehow, so it comes out the way it came in, and it sounds like a fart. The smelling part all depends on the woman, sometimes yes sometimes no.

Air escaping from the vagina, causes a farting noise, and it only smells if there is an infection in the vagina.
