While he would be the first man or whatever, he would still be addressed as Mr President, because he's an ex president.

Well. In the case of ANY former president, they are always referred to as Mr. President for the remainder of their lives. His wife being president would not change that.
If any other female were elected president, her husband (assuming she is married) would be either the First Husband or First Gentleman. I prefer First Husband.

He was still the president so he would be refered to as Former President. But I guess the proper term would be First Gentlemen for a woman's husband who was not president already.
Edit: First Man is kind of silly because he wouldn't be the first man on earth. Laura Bush is not the first woman on earth, but she can very well be the First Lady.

Officially, an ex-President is referred to a Mr. President for the rest of his life. So they would be Mrs. and Mr. President Clinton.
Had Bill never been Pres, he would be First Gentleman.
But I think First Adulterer would be more fun. (Though I'm sure he was hardly the first...)
