Who do you think was projected or usually is the bomb but hasn't produced jack thus far? I'd have to go with LJ at this point. Who would have thought especially without their starting QB that he would only have two TD's? Old Mr. Palmer is stinking it up pretty bad too....lol I'll list mine by position.

QB Palmer, Culpepper & Warner with that receiving core I thought would be a sleeper
RB LJ/Alexander nuff said (boy I look smart taking LaDanian #1)

TE Cooley was sposed to be the man in Saunders system in WASH

I would have to go with Tampa Bay. Just a year ago, Tampa Bay had the league's number one defense. This year they have been terrible. Also, in response to somebody else's answer, I could hardly call T.O. a disappointment. Everybody in the world expected there to be some trouble with T.O. Since expectations were so small, he is not a disappointment...you can't be a disappointment EVERY year.
