I just booked a room there (a queen suite) for our honeymoon. It seems to be in a great location...but didn't know any more specifics about the hotel.

Seems to me that it's a good place if you're pinching your pennies. Location could be a bit better, but not bad and probably a good tradeoff if you're trying to save money.
I imagine you've done your homework on San Diego hotel prices, so I suspect it's going to work out well for you.
