There is a very wide age range that is considered "normal" but 16 is pretty late. You should probably go to the doctor to make sure nothing is wrong. Most girls start their periods about 2 years after the beginning of breast development. Some outside factors can result in a delay. If you are extremely thin and/or athletic the lack of body fat can keep you from getting your period. There is also a genetic factor, if your mother was late in getting her period there is a good chance that you would be late as well.

Well it is kind of wierd, but the normal ages r from 10-17 so u have one year left, but anyway is kind of unnusual so if u go chek they'll tell u if u have a problem or not.

my sister start her P at the age of 18
she is 46 now
she has never mention any problems

no, i didn't start my period until I was 18, if you are really active and not stressed out that much. you won't start until a later age.
