My doctor prescribed medication that I should take every day. The only downside to it is I have to undergo blood testing once a month because my doctor said the medication might damage my liver.

I suffered sever ulcer 3 years ago and tried natural remedy. And it worked. But you have to consult a qualified ND (Naturopathic Doctor) because there is a proper way of using and combining natural products like vegetables, fruits and herbs. I consulted a ND and he taught me the right way to cure my problem. His got a website where you can consult your health problems. The site is www.design2heal.com . It is worth trying.

Follow your doctors advice. The blood test will let them know if it is effecting your liver...so the medicine can be discontinued before damage is done. So be sure to go for blood test and heal that ulcer. Question: Are you going to a specialist? I hope so!

Try juicing potato. There is an article that cited potato juice in the cure of ulcer and other gastric problems as they cite experiences of WWII soldiers who have to subsist in eating raw potato in the battle field and were healed of their stomach related problems.
